Civic Intelligence Research and Action Laboratory (CIRAL)

The Civic Intelligence Research Action Laboratory (CIRAL) integrates theory and practice in an ongoing way. An Evergreen program devoted to the theory and practice of civic intelligence has been established and is offered in conjunction with an Undergratuate Research in Civic Intelligence. The plan is to make a program and/or UGRCI  option available every quarter for at least two years, but ideally could be counted on to be offered for, say, the next 10 years.
