Getting a project off the ground
Submitted by tbowen1321 on Fri, 2013-04-12 05:11
I'm finding getting a project off the ground is quite difficult. There are many issues at play, such as; the people who are supporting your project, funding, cultural situations, personal situations. There's a lot at play. I've recently switched organizations from the one who initially asked me to get this ecosystem assessment project going, to another organization which has the means to actually implement the project. The parameters have been constantly shifting and everything is a back and forth I'm recognizing. I've just sent off the proposal to the South African goverment for the permits to proceed, so I guess I will see if this thing actually goes through or not.
