This week was spent finalizing work for the spring forum.  We have identified roles and many other students have stepped in to help out. Here is a basic list of assignments;

Intro and Closing- Doug

World Cafe- Doug and Martin

Panel Discussions- Greg and Rudyard

Open Space Technology- Johnny, McKensie and Jen

Timing- Warren

Food- Sam, Anthony and Julien

Evaluations- Jay

I will also be trying to work with Justin to identify key data for him to collect for his project on Collective Intelligence.  

I have really enjoyed this project.  It has been far more work than I had expected and I have learned a considerable amount about this type of event planning. My goal will be to have a community based civic intelligence forum in Tumwater early next year.
