Manuscripts and People to Interview
Submitted by harmic14 on Wed, 2015-02-18 16:48
This week I set myself to proofreading and revising the manuscript for the first chapter of the Open Source textbook. It was a good deal rougher than I had imagined, and as a result, I have suggestions for major revisions that go beyond proofreading for style, grammar, and punctuation. I think the book needs a more compact, cohesive structure than it currently has if it is to serve its aim as a handbook for civic engagement through intelligence. Writing a proposal for what should come next, and proofreading further chapters, will be my next step.
