OS Gov cluster progress

I've been contacting a few people but haven't heard back from as many as hoped. Probably only 3 or so messages, with none yet directly leading to scheduling of filming or of other immediate collaborations. The last week has honestly been pretty slow.. I tried to make it clear we need to film in the message sent out to CIRAL's listserve but I haven't really been passing them any clear, direct steps for getting involved. I need to make specific dates with people, and be more foreward about asking them if they personally would like to be on camera, or contribute in other ways.

I also need to either find someone who's interested in filming potentially a dozen people, or buy a camera and mic that I can use to simplify the matter. Does anyone have any advice?

One thing I would love to find is someone who can show me the basics of editing film. Online tutorials haven't been as fruitful as hoped. I feel like I could save so many hours of time if I could just get someone knowledgeable to help show me the essentials. I wonder if I can pay someone to help me for an hour? Whatever works, I really want to see this project crowdfunding by the end of this quarter, or at least have serious progress in the way of making a truly viable promotional video
