This past week, the CPj put out their 3rd issue for Winter Quarter. We got a record number of student submisions for one issue - one was a call to fill out a national education survey, another to volunteer for Olympia's yearly homeless census, the third asking for discussion on getting hot glass studios on campus, and the last one an interview with a Palestinian college student talking about the situation in Palestine. This shows that more and more people are reading the CPJ and want to contribute their views and opinions, which creates a larger public sphere at Evergreen.
Home Office is still filming and editing for the video - I am also filming for the education cluster and possibly the open source governance cluster. Alex and I are also working on a script for a youtibe podcast series about Civic Intelligence - we met on Wednesday to go over what he had written so far and how we could expand it.
