veterans outreach

Attended the Tacoma Veteran Resource Fair at the Tacoma Dome, Saturday morning with fellow veteran Martin Duran.  Our main objective was to find out if there were any more programs that could be used by veterans in Thurston County.  One that I noticed provided free Horseback training therapy for veterans. This kind of therapy really can be good for patients suffering from PTSD.  There were many other types of programs that were there in support of the men and women who served. They even had free dental exams, haircuts and back massages.  Overall it was a very positive experience, it is good to know that our Vets are well taken care of even the homeless ones,
