WEEK 5 - FALL 2013 - CIRAL ACTIVITY REPORT

On Tuesday I met with RJ of advancement, Randy from the archives, and Ray of CIRAL. We checked in about Open Source Evergreen and plotted out some next steps.
On Wednesday the GSU passed a motion to use this organizational spreadsheet to house our data: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0As4yQFe2U_8bdG9RLUVyZUxHRFg4NlJZNF82dzZBMWc&usp=drive_web#gid=33
"Motion to make a commitment by every GSU member to utilize a standard organizational process. For the time being the current format is a google spreadsheet that GSU owns via the account: GSUrep@gmail.com. The document is transparent to all GSU members (students), and any member can comment on it."
